Our Valentine's Day

 We have continued the tradition I had growing up with a present beside your dinner plate on Valentine's day.

 Our dessert was delicious!  I served Pear-Pineapple Mini Gelatin Cups and it didn't take long to clear our plates.  You can find the recipe here.

The Blizzard Hit

We went out to shovel all of our snow and see how bad it really was out there.  Here are some pictures of what we found.

You can see more our pictures from this morning  here.  It's really nice not to have to go anywhere.  Tom even got a snow day today b/c the outpatient clinic he works at is in a hospital.  The hospital actually declared a state of emergency yesterday at 3pm which meant that all ancillary services (which includes outpatient PT) were closed.  We stayed up late last night and had pancakes and coffee this morning.  I love being snowed in!
