GRADUATION AND A JOB!!!!

On Saturday, Tom graduated with the whole university. I say whole university because in July Tom will have a second graduation with just his DPT class and that is when he will be completely finished. Tom's parents and sister Lynnette and my parents were all here for the graduation. It was a great time with family celebrating how the Lord has seen us through this time in our lives.
This week he has off and then the beginning of May he will be starting his final 9 week clinical.
B. is wearing Chris' hat and being like daddy

Tom's parents and sister Lynnette

B. has been sick (runny nose and running a low temp). That started on Tuesday night and kept us up pretty late on Wednesday night. Oh yeah, we think she also started cutting a tooth at the same time. This would be tooth # 7. She still has a little bit of a runny nose today but seems much better.

Other news... Tom already has a job lined up!! It'll be located not too far from where we live right now. So, now it'll be on to house hunting. We are excited for all that the Lord has in store for us.

Some more great videos

B. crawling for the first time to get the wipes.
I guess when you want something bad enough
you'll do anything to get there.

B. playing with her Aunt Lynnette's monkey
socks. B. thinks feet are great to begin with,
but they're even better with animals on them.

B. had been laughing already for the whole
diaper change at Tom's displeasure with her
stinky diaper. And she was still laughing at daddy's
craziness, so I grabbed the camera and this is
what I caught.

10 months, and a Couple of Birthdays

Well, Tom has finally gotten all of his data collection stuff done for his research (that's just one part of it) and that means the computer is staying home!! So, I'll be able to upload photos and videos again. His graduation (well, the first one that includes everyone from the college) is in two weeks and then his 2nd graduation ceremony (that is just his DPT class) is on July 11th. It's getting close. In between that time he has his final clinical which will be located about 8 minutes from our house. It's so nice that it is that close.

B. turned 10 months old this month...actually on my 33rd birthday. Tom's 31st birthday was a week earlier. She is cutting 4 top teeth at the same time right now. I think we've made it through the worst part though. She is crawling--army style--but is trying the hands and knees thing here lately. She is pulling up on everything and making it all the way to standing. Tonight she started to cruise just a little bit and is taking steps while holding onto our hands. Her doctor appointment was on friday and things are going well. On the take home sheet that the doctor gives us he had written in the comment section "busy". That definitely describes our little girl. Busy..busy...busy. She is saying, "mama", "dada", "nana" and something that sounds like "neigh, neigh, neigh neigh" and said with quite intensity. We aren't sure what it means, but have a hunch that it is her way of saying "no".
We will have 10 month pictures up soon. Hope everyone has a great Easter!!
