Father's Day , Strawberry Picking and more

On Father's Day, we were able to go to my Uncle Frank and Aunt Robin's house on the lake. It was the first time my family got to meet our little B. It was great to be able to be with family.

We also went strawberry picking the other day...another first for B. I was able to use a sling that a friend got me to carry B. around in and it worked wonderfully. B. and I got to pick for about 10 minutes and then left dad to finish because B. was ready for her "second breakfast" (like a little hobbit). lol


We also had B's 2 week appointment on June 18th. She is doing very well and weighed in at 7 lb. 12 oz. We were glad to hear that she has surpassed her birth weight and gaining well. That's always a comfort to know when you're breastfeeding. B. continues to change everyday. She had her first (and only thus far) full belly laugh the other day and has been giving us smiles here and there that are NOT related to gas. lol This week we are looking forward to B's Aunt Carrie and Uncle Jon and Tom's parents coming to visit on Saturday. She is so excited.
