Well...after computer problems and just being plain busy, I'm finally posting something about us and it's after midnight. Tom is right now in the midst of a huge research project that requires many hours on the computer which is why you may not see too many posts here in the coming days. He just had his defense practice on Friday in front of his professor and now has a lot of revisions and tweaking to do before he and 2 of his other classmates present there defense for their research project on Wednesday of next week. There is a lot that goes with this whole project...but i'll hold off on all the details and just say he is really busy!
B. has been doing many new tricks. Not too long ago she decided that she would start saying, "Mama." Oh that is such a sweet word! We are working on Dada, but she hasn't been making any "d" sounds yet. She can clap her hands pretty well, but isn't pulling up or crawling yet. Below are some videos...thanks to our new phones.
B. was head bobbing as her little bear played Jesus Loves Me.
B. thinks that coughing is pretty funny.

Hey there! Glad to see the updates and cute videos of Brooke! What a cutie-pie she is! Take it from me, don't be too anxious for her to be mobile. :) Life is much easier with a "velcro baby" (one that sticks where you put him/her).
So is this big research project the last step in his degree?
I love the head bop. Bricen does that too. I think he is our musical child. Maybe he'll be your next student...Can't wait to see you guys again. Brooke will be so different the next time we see her. Let us know when things slow down for you. Does Tom know where he will intern?
Alicia--Brooke has started crawling. So it has already begun. Tom's research project is one of the last things to get done before he graduates. His defense went well and now he'll be starting the project after spring break.
Jamie--I would love to teach Bricen. He and Brooke could do group lessons together. We'll let you know when we can get together again sometime. Tom will be doing his next clinical right here in our area. HURRAH! It wasn't the place he really wanted, but it is really close to our house.
